How to switch from one student to another via the Easy Family App

You can easily change the student associated with your account by following these steps.

Steps to change student

1. Initial access:

• Access the Family app and select the student you are interested in from the home screen.

2. If you are already in the app:

• Click on the hamburger icon (three lines) in the top right corner.

• From the menu, select "Change student".

• The home screen will open with the list of associated students.

• Select the desired student.

3. If the student is in another facility:

• First, click on "Change facility" from the menu.

• Select the facility where the student is located.

• Once inside the new facility, choose the student from the list that appears.

With these steps, you can easily navigate between the students associated with your account, even if they belong to different facilities.
