How to view the logbook from the Easy Family App

By following these steps, you can consult the logbook of the student associated with your account:

Steps to access the logbook

1. Select the institution and the student:

• After logging into the app, select the institution of the student whose logbook you want to see.

• Choose the student from the home screen (if you have multiple students associated with the same institution).

2. Access the logbook:

• Once on the home screen, click on the light blue button at the top left labeled “View logbook”.

3. Navigate the logbook:

• In the logbook screen, you will find a calendar bar at the top. You can:

• Use the left arrow to view a previous date.

• Use the right arrow to move forward to a subsequent date.

4. Viewable contents:

• The logbook includes:

• Entries and exits with times and records.

• Absences, with details on who recorded them.

• Activities, with specific descriptions.

• Media, such as photos or videos associated with the day.

• Needs records, such as pee or poop.

• Naps.

• Meals and snacks, with menus and quantities summarized.

5. Change day:

• To switch to a different day, navigate using the calendar bar at the top.

In just a few clicks, you will have access to all the detailed and organized information about the student's day!
