To modify or delete a need from Browser, after logging in, go to the left menu and click on Logs and then Educator Log.
A screen will open with the activities recorded on the current date. If the need to be deleted or modified is related to that day, just search the list for the record you want to delete or modify. If it is related to another day, just go to the calendar icon at the top right, select the date of your interest, and then search for the record in the list.

### Modify a need
Step 1 - Basic data
To modify, click on the pencil icon.
A screen will open with:
- Date – the date related to the record you are modifying.
- Time – editable.
- Sections.
- Preselect Students.
Click on Next at the top right.
Step 2 – Selection and Input of individual student data
In the next screen, the cards of the students for whom the need has been registered will be displayed. The student data is contained in a rectangle. If the rectangle is bordered in green, the student is selected; if it is borderless, it is deselected. To toggle the selection, click in the top right corner of the card where the X symbol is located.
Inside the card you will find:
- Student Photo (if uploaded).
- Student's First and Last Name.
- Student's belonging section.
- Indication if the student already has an entry or not.
- The number of needs registered on that date.
- Type of need.
- Characteristics and quantity of the need.
You can add a note by clicking on the light blue pencil button on the right.
To modify the quantity and characteristic of the need, click on the relevant fields. Once all modifications are complete, click on the Next button at the top right.
Step 3 – Summary and Confirmation
The last step is a summary screen where the type of record will be shown with the date, time, and the count of students for whom the registration is being made divided by sections. To confirm the save, click on the green button at the top Save.
If you want to change something, click on the Back button at the top right. Once the registration is complete, you will be returned to the Educator Log.

### Delete a need
To delete a need from Browser, after logging in, go to the left menu and click on Logs and then Educator Log.
A screen will open with the activities recorded on the current date.
#### Deletion of need made with single registration
If the need to be deleted is related to that day, just search the list for the record you want to delete by clicking on the trash can icon. If it is related to another day, just go to the calendar icon at the top right, select the date of your interest, and then search for the record in the list.
#### Deletion of need made with multiple registrations
Step 1
If the need to be deleted was made with a multiple registration, once you find the record click on the pencil icon.
A screen will open with:
- Date – the date related to the record you are modifying.
- Time – editable data.
- Sections.
- Preselect Students.
Click on Next at the top right.
Step 2
In the next screen, the cards of the students for whom the need has been registered will be displayed. The student data is contained in a rectangle. If the rectangle is bordered in green, the student is selected; if it is borderless, it is deselected. To delete the need, click in the top right corner of the card where the X symbol is located.
Once all modifications are complete, click on the Next button at the top right.
