How to Modify or Delete a Poop from the App

To modify or delete a "poop" record from the app, follow these steps:

Step 1: Search for the Record to Modify or Delete

1. Access the app and go to the "View Records" tab at the top left.

2. Select the tab on the right "Educator Record".

3. Use the search filters to locate the desired record:

Type: select "Poop" to filter only records of this type.

Staff: filter by the educator who recorded the record.

Student: select a specific student to speed up the search.

Step 2: Select and Delete the Record for a Student

1. After setting the filters, you will see all the records registered for the selected date.

2. Each card will show:

• First and last name of the person who created the record.

• Date and time of the registration.

• Type of record and list of included students.

3. To delete the record, click on the red trash icon at the top right. A confirmation message will appear ("Delete Are you sure?").

Step 3: Modify the "Poop" Record for a Student

1. To modify the record, click on the green pencil icon.

2. In the edit screen, update:

Date and time of the registration.

Characteristics of the poop: choose the desired characteristic from the dropdown menu.

Amount of poop: select the appropriate amount from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Add Note and Select Student

1. You will see the student cards for which you are modifying the record:

• To select/deselect a student, click on the "V" symbol in the top right corner of the card.

• Each card shows photo, first name, last name, and section of the student and record details.

2. To add a note, click on "write your note here".

Step 5: Summary and Confirmation

1. A summary screen will be displayed with the date of the poop, updated characteristics and amount, and the count of students divided by section.

2. To save the changes, click on "Save".

3. If you want to go back for further modifications, use the arrow at the top left.

These steps will allow you to easily manage poop records for each student.
