How to modify or delete an attendance from the app

To modify an attendance from the app, go to the tab at the top left "View Logs". Then go to the tab on the right "Educator Log".

Step 1 – Filters for searching and selecting the record to modify or delete

In the top bar, you will find the calendar, which you can use to navigate to find the desired date:

• Left arrow: to search for a date prior to those displayed.

• Right arrow: to search for a subsequent date.

There are three filters to facilitate the search:

"Type": to filter by type of activity.

"Staff": to filter by the educator who entered the activity.

"Student": to filter by selecting the student from the list that will appear.

To modify or delete an attendance, set "Type" to "attendance-Entry" and, if necessary, also filter by "Student" to further narrow down the search.

Step 2 – Selecting and deleting the attendance of a single student

On the next screen, all records registered on the selected date will be displayed.

Each displayed tab will contain:

• First and last name of the person who created the record.

• Date and time of the entry.

• Type of record and list of students for whom it was registered, viewable by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

In the top right corner of each tab, you will find two icons:

• The red trash can icon allows you to delete the attendance. Once clicked, an alert "Delete Are you sure?" will appear to confirm the deletion of the record.

Step 3 – Selecting and modifying the attendance of a single student

The green pencil icon allows you to modify the attendance. By clicking it, you will access a page with:

• Date of the recorded entry.

• Time of the entry, which can be modified by clicking the icon on the right.

To proceed, click the light blue button "Next" at the bottom, and you will be directed to a summary screen of the registration. Click "Next" again to continue.

On the next screen, the tabs of the students for whom you are modifying the record will be displayed. Each student tab is contained in a rectangle:

• If the rectangle is bordered in light blue, the student is selected; without a border, it is deselected.

• To toggle the selection, click the "V" icon in the top right of the tab.

Inside the student tab, you will find:

• Student's photo (if uploaded).

• First name, last name, and section of the student.

• Time when the entry was recorded (modifiable by clicking on it).

Guardian: who accompanied the student at the entry (optional data).

You can add a personal note by clicking on the tab "write your note here" present in each student tab.

The list of students is divided by section; the name of the section is at the top, and by clicking on it, you can switch from one section to another.

After making all the desired changes, click "Next" at the bottom.

Step 4 – Summary and Confirmation

The last step is a summary screen where the date of the attendance, the time, and the count of students for whom the registration is being made will be shown, divided by sections. To confirm the save, click the light blue button at the bottom "Save".

If you want to modify something, click the arrow icon in the top left to return to the previous steps.
