How to modify or delete an attendance from Browser

To modify or delete an attendance from Browser, after logging in, go to the left menu and click on Records and then on Educator Register.

A screen will open with the activities recorded on the current date.
If the attendance you need to delete or modify is related to that day, just search the list for the record you want to delete or modify.
If it is related to another day, just go to the calendar icon in the top right, select the date of interest, and then search for the record in the list.

Modify the attendance

Step 1 - Basic Data
To modify, click on the pencil icon.
A screen will open with:
Date – the date related to the record you are modifying
Sections – to select the section for which you want to modify the record
Preselect Students – to select the student for whom you want to modify the record

Once you have filled in the fields of interest, click on “Next” in the top right.

Step 2 - Selection and Input of individual student data
In the next screen, the student cards filtered by the parameters entered in Step 1 will be displayed.
The student data is contained in a rectangle:
• If the rectangle is bordered in green, the student is selected.
• If it is borderless, the student is deselected.

To reverse the selection, you need to click in the top right corner of the card, where the “X” symbol is located.

In the rectangle you will find:
Student Photo (if uploaded)
First and Last Name of the student and the Section they belong to
• Indication if the student already has: an entry or not
Family Member who accompanied them

Additionally, you can add a note by clicking on the light blue pencil button on the right.

To modify the time, click directly on the time itself or on the gray clock icon.
Complete all modifications and click on the button in the top right “Next”.

Step 3 - Summary and Confirmation
The last step is a summary screen where you will see:
• The type of record
• The date
• The count of students for whom the registration is being made, divided by sections

To confirm the save, click on the green button at the top “Save”.
If you wish to change something, you can click on the button in the top right “Back”.
Once the registration is complete, you will be taken to the Educator Register.

Delete the attendance

To delete an attendance from Browser, after logging in, go to the left menu and click on Records and then on Educator Register.

A screen will open with the activities recorded on the current date.

Deleting attendance made with single registration
If the attendance to be deleted is related to that day, just search the list for the record you want to delete by clicking on the trash can icon.
If it is related to another day, just go to the calendar icon in the top right, select the date of interest, and then search for the record in the list.

Deleting attendance made with multiple registration

Step 1
If the attendance to be deleted was made with a multiple registration, once you find the record, click on the pencil icon.
A screen will open with:
Date – the date related to the record you are modifying
Sections – to select the section for which you want to modify the record
Preselect Students – to select the student for whom you want to modify the record

Once you have filled in the fields of interest, click on “Next” in the top right.

Step 2
In the next screen, the student cards filtered by the parameters entered in Step 1 will be displayed.
The student data is contained in a rectangle:
• If the rectangle is bordered in green, the student is selected.
• If it is borderless, the student is deselected.

To delete the attendance, click in the top right corner of the card, where the “X” symbol is located.
Complete all modifications and click on the button in the top right “Next”.
