How to Write a Communication from the Easy Staff App

To create a communication as an educator accessing from the Easy Staff App, follow these steps:

Write a Communication

1. Access the App.

2. Go to the “Request Equipment” button located on the second row on the left.

Step 1 – Fill in the Communication

Message Type:

Click on the dropdown menu and select the type of message you want to send. You will have two options:

Message

Equipment Request

Choose “Message”.

Labels:

Select a label from those already preset by the administrator. Then decide:

• Whether to enable responses from recipients.

• Whether the message is Urgent.

• If you want to create individual messages for each recipient.

Recipients:

• Select from the list to whom to send the communication.

• If you want to send it to everyone, click the “Select All” checkbox next to the icon of a person with a magnifying glass.

• In the top right, you can also choose to select the educators.

• Once you have selected the recipients, click the “Save” button in the top right.

Subject:

• Enter the subject of the communication in the dedicated field.

• In the field below, write the text of the communication.

• Use the three icons to attach:

A document (first icon on the left).

A photo (middle icon).

A video (right icon).

Step 2 – Send the Communication

1. Once everything is completed, you have two options:

Send the communication by clicking the light blue round button shaped like a paper airplane.

Save as a draft by clicking the “Save Draft” button in the top right.
