Register a Snack from Browser
To register a snack as an educator accessing from the web, you have two options: single entry or multiple entry.
Register a Snack with Multiple Entry
This operation is recommended for registering multiple snacks at the same time.
- Access the web Go to the green menu on the left, then to Multiple Entries, and click on Snacks.
Step 1 - Basic Data • Date: This is the date for which you want to register the snack. The system automatically inserts the current date, but you can change it by clicking on it. • Time: The system automatically inserts the current time, but you can change it by clicking on it. This time will be pre-assigned to all students in the next step but can be customized for each individual student. • Sections: Through this select, you can decide the sections for which you want to register the snacks. The system automatically selects all sections under your responsibility, but you can deselect those you are not interested in. • Pre-select students: This option allows you to speed up the registration in the next step. You have 3 available options: • Only with registered presence • All except absentees • None (manual selection)
To proceed, click on the light blue button Next at the top right.
Step 2 - Snack • Select snack: Select the snack from the list of registered snacks. Then choose the type of dish from the dropdown menu and the quantity. • Select quantity: Choose the desired quantity from those available in the dropdown menu.
Step 3 - Selection and Entry of Individual Student Data
In the next screen, the student cards filtered by the parameters entered in Step 1 will be displayed. The student data is contained in a rectangle: • If the rectangle is bordered in green, the student is selected. • If it is without a border, the student is deselected.
To toggle the selection, click on the top right corner of the card where the “X” symbol is located.
Inside the card, you will find: • Student Photo (if uploaded) • Student's First and Last Name • Indication if the student already has a registration (e.g., entry or exit). • Snack Quantity: It is possible to manually change the quantity. • Personal Notes: Add a note by clicking on the light blue pencil icon.
After making all the desired changes, click on Next at the top right.
Step 4 - Summary and Confirmation
The last step shows a summary screen with: • The snack date • The time • The count of students for whom the registration has been made (divided by sections).
To confirm, click on the green button Save. If you want to change something, click on Back at the top right. Once the registration is completed, you will be taken back to the educator's register.
Register a Snack with Single Entry
This operation is recommended if you want to register a snack for a single student quickly.
- Access the web Go to the green menu on the left, then to Single Entries. Two selects will be shown: • Section: Select the student's section. • Student: Select the student from the list of the chosen section.
- Click on Snack.
Step - Registration
Upon clicking Snack, a view will open with: • Student Photo (if uploaded) • Student's First and Last Name • Indication if the student does not have a registered entry or the entry time. • Date: The date of the registration. The system automatically inserts the current date, but it can be changed. • Time: The time of the registration. It is preset with the current hour but can be modified. • Select snack: Choose the snack from the list, the type of dish, and the quantity.
Fill in all the fields and click on Save.
Note: To confirm the registration, click on Save at the top or on Back to cancel. Once saved, you will return to the Single Registration screen with all the available activity icons.
