To register an activity as an educator accessing from the Browser, you have two options: single entry or multiple entry.
Register an activity with multiple entry
This operation is recommended for registering multiple activities at the same time, for example at the end of the day.
1. Access the Browser
Go to the green menu on the left, select “Multiple Entries” and click on “Activities”.
2. Step 1 - Basic Data
• “Date”: the system automatically enters the current date, but it can be modified by clicking on it.
• “Start Time”: the system automatically enters the current time, which can be modified by clicking on it. This time will be pre-assigned to all students, but can be customized in the next step.
• “End Time”: the system automatically enters the next hour compared to the current one, which can be modified by clicking on it. This time will be pre-assigned to all students, but can be customized in the next step.
• “Sections”: you can select the sections for which you want to register the activities. The system automatically selects all the sections you are responsible for, but you can deselect those that are not necessary.
• “Pre-select students”: this option allows you to speed up registration by automatically selecting certain students. You can choose from:
• “Only with recorded presence”
• “All except absentees”
• “All”
• “None (manual selection)”
To proceed, click on “Next”.
3. Step 2 – Activities
• “Select an Activity”: from the dropdown menu, select the desired activity. You can further specify the name of the activity by clicking on “Other”.
• “Activity Details”: this field can be manually modified to provide a brief description of the activity.
Click on “Next” to proceed.
4. Step 3 – Selection and Entry of single student data
• The student cards are displayed based on the parameters selected in Step 1.
• Each card shows:
• Student photo (if uploaded)
• Student's First and Last Name and section
• Indications on entry, absence, or exit.
You can add a personal note by clicking on the pencil icon present in each card.
After making the desired changes, click on “Next”.
5. Step 4 – Summary and Confirmation
• View a summary that includes the activity date, the count of registered students, and the involved sections.
• To confirm, click on “Save”.
Once the registration is completed, you will return to the educator's register.
Register an activity with single entry
This operation is recommended for quickly registering the activity of a single student.
1. Access the Browser
Go to the green menu on the left, select “Single Entries” and click on “Activities”.
Select:
• “Section”: choose the student's section.
• “Student”: select the desired student.
WARNING: If the student is absent, a message “The student is marked as Absent” will be displayed.
2. Fill in the activity data
Upon clicking on “Activities”, a view will open with:
• Student photo (if uploaded).
• Student's First and Last Name.
• Date: modifiable by clicking on it.
• Start Time and End Time: pre-set, but modifiable by clicking on the fields.
• “Select an Activity”: choose an activity from the dropdown menu or click on “+” to create a new one. Enter the name and a brief description of the activity.
• Note: it is possible to add a personal note.
3. Save or Cancel
• To confirm, click on “Save” in the upper right corner.
• To cancel, click on “Back” in the upper left corner.
Once the registration is saved, you will return to the single registration screen.
