Register an Exit from the Browser

To register an exit as an educator accessing from the Browser, you have two options: single entry or multiple entry.

Register an exit with multiple entry

This operation is recommended for registering multiple exits at the same time, for example at the end of the exit time, or to register the exits of only those students whose family members have not made the exit via QR Code.

1. Access from the Browser

Go to the green menu on the left, select “Multiple Entries” and click on “Exits”.

2. Step 1 - Basic Data

“Date”: the system automatically enters the current date, but it can be modified by clicking on it.

“Time”: the system automatically enters the current time, which can be modified by clicking on it. This time will be pre-assigned to all students, but can be customized in the next step.

“Sections”: select the sections for which you want to register the exits. You can choose from the drop-down menu “All sections” or “Manual selection”. In case of manual selection, click on the gray buttons with the names of the sections to select them (they will turn green).

“Pre-select students”: this option allows you to speed up the registration by automatically selecting certain students. You can choose from:

“All except already registered”: excludes students who already have a registration.

“None (manual selection)”: does not select any student; you will need to proceed manually.

To proceed, click on “Next”.

3. Step 2 - Selection and Entry of single student data

• You will see the student cards filtered based on the parameters of Step 1.

• Each card shows:

Student photo (if uploaded).

Student's First and Last Name and Section.

Exit time: pre-set, but modifiable by clicking on it.

Family member: optional; indicates who picks up the student at the exit.

You can add a personal note by clicking on the pencil icon “View notes”.

After making the changes, click on “Next”.

4. Step 3 - Summary and Confirmation

• View a summary of the registration, including the date, time, and count of students divided by sections.

• To confirm, click on “Save”.

Once the registration is completed, you will return to the educator's register.

Register an exit with single entry

This operation is recommended for quickly registering the exit of a single student.

1. Access from the Browser

Go to the green menu on the left, select “Single Entries” and click on “Exits”.

Select:

“Section”: choose the student's section.

“Student”: select the desired student.

WARNING: If the student is absent, a message “The student is marked as Absent” will appear.

2. Fill in the exit data

Upon clicking “Exit”, a view will open with:

Student photo (if uploaded).

Student's First and Last Name and Section.

Date: modifiable by clicking on it.

Exit time: pre-set, but modifiable by clicking on it.

Present family member: optional; indicates who picks up the student at the exit.

Note: you can add a personal note.

3. Save or Cancel

• To confirm, click on “Save” at the top right.

• To cancel, click on “Back” at the top right.

Once the registration is saved, you will return to the single registration screen.
