Registering a Need from the Browser

To register a need as an educator accessing from the Browser, you have two options: single entry or multiple entry.

Registering a Need with Multiple Entry

This operation is recommended to register multiple needs at once, for example at the end of the day.

  1. Access from the Browser
    • Go to the green menu on the left, select “Multiple Entries” and click on “Need”.
  2. Step 1 - Basic Data
    • “Date”: pre-set with the current date, but editable.
    • “Time”: pre-set with the current time, but editable.
    • “Sections”: select the sections for which you want to register the need. You can deselect those not involved.
    • “Pre-select students”: choose from the options:
      • “All except absentees”
      • “Only with recorded presence”
      • “None (manual selection)”

    To proceed, click on “Next”.

  3. Step 2 - Type of Needs
    • “Select type”: choose between pee or poop.
    • “Characteristic”: select a characteristic of the need from those pre-set by the administrator.
    • “Quantity”: select the quantity related to the need.

    After filling in the fields, click on “Next”.

  4. Step 3 - Selection and Entry of Single Student Data
    • Each student card includes:
      • Student photo (if available).
      • Student's First and Last Name and Section.
      • Any needs already registered.
      • Type, characteristic, and quantity of the need, editable.
      • Notes field to add a personal note.
    • You can deselect a student by clicking on the green “X” at the top right.

      After making changes, click on “Next”.

    • Step 4 - Summary and Confirmation
      • View a summary of the registered needs, with the count of students for each section.
      • To save, click on “Save” at the top.
      • If necessary, click on “Back” to make changes.

Registering a Need with Single Entry

This operation is recommended for quickly registering the need of a single student.

  1. Access from the Browser
    • Go to the green menu on the left, select “Single Entries” and click on “Need”.
  2. Select the student
    • Choose the Section of the student.
    • Select the Student from the list.
  3. Fill in the need data
    • “Date”: pre-set with the current date, but editable.
    • “Time”: pre-set with the current time, but editable.
    • “Type”: choose between pee or poop.
    • “Characteristic”: select a characteristic from the dropdown menu.
    • “Quantity”: specify the quantity related to the need.
    • “Notes”: optional field to add a note.
  4. Save or Cancel
    • To save, click on “Save” at the top right.
    • To cancel, click on “Back”.

    After saving, you will be returned to the single registration screen.
