How to create a weekly menu

This guide explains how to create a weekly menu, which can be used as a basis for creating seasonal menus.

Create a new weekly menu

1. Log in as a coordinator to the desired facility.

2. Go to the Meals menu and select Weekly Menus.

• If no menus have been created, the list will be empty.

3. Click the + New button at the top right to create a new weekly menu.

4. Enter a name for the menu, for example, Summer Menu - Week 1.

5. Populate the menu day by day:

• Click the Add Dish button to select dishes from the previously created list.

Note: If you haven't created dishes yet, go to the Dish List section in the Meals menu (see the relevant guide for details).

• For each day, you can add up to four courses by clicking the blue Add Course button.

• You can also enter fewer courses, for example, just one dish, in the case of a single dish.

6. Complete all days of the week and click Save at the top right.

Managing the created weekly menu

Once saved, you will be taken back to the list of weekly menus. Here you will find three icons next to each menu:

Edit (light blue): Allows you to edit the newly created weekly menu.

Duplicate (gray): Allows you to duplicate the menu to create a new one, modifying only some elements.

Delete (red): Permanently deletes the weekly menu.

With this procedure, you can easily create and manage weekly menus, adapting them to the needs of your facility.
