To delete old photos and videos and free up space, follow these steps:
- Log in as Coordinator
Log into the account as a Coordinator and go to Manage Facility.
- Navigate to the settings menu
In the blue menu on the left, you will find Settings. Click on Media Archive.
- View files by year and month
In the Media Archive menu, you will find all the months of the current year, with the number of files divided between photos and videos next to each month.
- To change the year, click on the gray tab at the top next to the current year (e.g., 2024). Then, select the desired year from the list.
- Select and delete files
- To delete photos or videos, select the checkbox next to the desired month in the Photos or Videos column.
- You can also download the archive of photos or videos from that month before deleting them, to keep them.
Tip: To avoid issues, it is preferable to delete photos first and then videos, especially if the number of files is high. Avoid performing both actions simultaneously.
- Execute the deletion
Once you have selected the checkbox and clicked on Delete, wait for the operation to complete before changing pages or taking other actions.
