How to insert the list of supplies to request

Through Easy, it is possible to request necessary materials from family members, such as changes, diapers, towels, or other similar items, through the application. Here’s how to set up the list of requested supplies:

  1. Log in as Coordinator

    Log into the **Coordinator** account and go to **Management of the Facility**.

  2. Navigate to the settings menu

    In the light blue menu on the left, click on **Settings**. A submenu will open: select **Supplies**. At this point, you will see the list of supplies that can be requested.

    • If the list is empty, it means that no supplies have been entered yet.
  3. Add a new supply
    • To add a supply, click the button at the top right **“+ New”**.
    • Two mandatory fields will appear:
      • Supply: enter a short text that allows you and the staff to easily identify the requested material (for example, **diapers** or **complete change**).
      • Description: enter a clear and specific message for family members, such as **“Please provide a complete summer change”** or **“Please bring a pack of 24 diapers”**.
    • Click on **Save** to add the new supply to the list.
  4. Edit or delete a supply
    • To **edit** an existing supply, click on the light blue pencil icon.
    • To **delete** a supply, click on the red trash can icon.

Note: From this page, you can only configure the list of supplies that can be requested. Specific requests will then be sent to family members via the **Communications** function.
