To view the profile of a disabled employee or collaborator, follow these steps:
1. Access the management system
Log in with the coordinator account and enter the desired location.
2. Navigate to the staff list
• Click on the Staff option in the left sidebar menu.
• Select Staff List.
3. Use advanced search
• In the top right corner, click on Advanced Search.
• A screen will open with various filters, including:
• Role
• Sections
• Enabled
4. Filter for disabled staff
• Change the Enabled filter.
• Select one of the following options:
• All: to view both enabled and disabled staff.
• Disabled: to view only disabled staff.
5. Viewing and re-enabling
• After applying the filter, the desired list will be displayed.
• To re-enable a disabled employee or collaborator, click on the yellow eye-shaped icon next to the name. Once re-enabled, the staff will return to the default list of enabled personnel.
