The Educator Dashboard Accessing from Browser

After logging in from Browser, the first screen displayed will be the Dashboard.

Here you will find several buttons to quickly access the main sections of the management system.

Dashboard Sections

Attendance

• Clicking on the "+" in the upper right corner will open the screen to register the attendance of the students.

• You can register attendance for the current day or another day.

Birthdays

• Clicking on the eye icon in the upper right corner will open a calendar with the birthdays of the students for the current month.

Supplies

• Clicking on the eye icon will open the page with:

• The requested supplies.

• The option to confirm delivery.

• The function to create a new supply request.

Consumables

• Clicking on the eye icon will take you directly to the Consumables Register, which shows:

• The list of students.

• The summary of assigned consumables.

Messages

• Clicking on the "+" in the upper right corner will open the screen to manage messaging, where you can:

Send and receive new messages.

Reply to received communications.

Send a questionnaire.

Request supplies.

Events

• Clicking on the eye icon will open the current month's calendar, with scheduled events.

• You can change the view using the buttons:

Week

Day

• Clicking on a date with events will allow you to view the details.

Shifts

• Clicking on the eye icon will open the screen with the list of shifts for the current week.

• You can change the view by choosing between:

• Clicking on the "Shifts" button will open a dropdown menu with the following options:

Pay Slips

Settings

Documents

Justifications

• Clicking on the eye icon will open the screen with:

• The registered attendances.

• The approved justifications.

• The option to add a new justification.

This section allows quick access to the main functionalities for managing daily activities and communication with other users of the system.
