What is the “Personal Documents” section for

The “Personal Documents” section allows you to share files with all staff of a facility.
In this section, you can upload, for example, circulars, internal regulations, or any other file that needs to be viewed by all staff.

Supported file types:

• Accepted formats: zip, pdf, docx, doc, docm, xls, xlsx, xlsm

• Maximum size: 50MB

How to upload a document

1. Log in with a Coordinator account.

2. Enter the desired facility.

3. From the side menu, click on “Staff”“Documents”.

4. Click on the light blue button “Upload new file”.

5. Enter the file name (mandatory field).

6. Click on the light blue button “Upload File” to select and upload the document.

7. To save the file, click the green button “Save”.

8. To cancel the operation, click on “Cancel”.

Managing uploaded documents

After uploading the file, it will appear in the list with the following information:

File date – Date the file was uploaded.

Uploaded by – Name of the user who uploaded the file.

File name – Name of the uploaded document.

File type – File extension (e.g., PDF, DOCX).

Preview – By clicking on the eye-shaped icon, you can view a preview of the document.

Deletion – To delete the file, click on the trash can icon.

File visibility – You can enable/disable the visibility of the file to staff:

Active (green) – The file is visible to staff.

Inactive (red) – The file is not visible to staff.
